About Phoenix Fitness

Taking Small Steps Towards Big Changes

Phoenix Fitness is an in-home personal training service that helps you reach your exercise goals. We believe that personal training services should meet you where you are, no matter what that means for you. We work with all different ages and ability levels. We believe that consistency, resilience and sustainable changes are the key to reaching your goals.

We start with an initial assessment for each client. The assessment itself is free and usually lasts around 30 minutes. This is a time for Phoenix Fitness to learn more about you and your goals. For more information on the initial assessment, check out our How to Start page.

 

Every training session is planned to best fit your needs. It is our promise to give the best quality instruction and care during each session.

Something unique about Phoenix Fitness is that we operate on a sliding scale based on your income. This makes in-home exercise more affordable and accessible to all. We also offer partner sessions where you can train with a buddy.
